The digitalisation of the ordering process that we are making available through our new B2B platform is an important business step for us. The B2B online sales portal is in its testing phase. The piloting of the platform began with the participation of the company’s first 2 or 3 customers. Ultimately, the new platform will give Plast-Box partners 24/7 remote access to key resources. The system is highly intuitive. It streamlines the processes of order placement, transaction processing and document control. It will also enable real-time modification and sharing of new product offers addressed to selected customers. It ensures smart management of purchases and payments, and makes sales documents available on a customer’s individual account without unnecessary delay.
